Happy Birthday

The two cards I'm posting today are very different.
The first one is a gatefold card, I love these, so easy to make and for this one I've used a Martha Stewart punch for the two front side panels. Inside I've also used a Martha Stewart punch, this time a punch anywhere punch which I've used in each corner with and stamped my sentiment in the centre. There is still plenty of room to write a personal message.

Card 2 is a simple A5 card scored and folded in half. The colours used are vibrant and go really well together, quite a cheerful card, just what I needed in the depths of our Australian winter. I used the same sentiment stamp on this card as on card 1.

The colours in card two are not one's I would usually use, so I challenged myself to use them and here's the result.

Thank you for visiting my blog today.
Call again soon.
Hugs
Beth

Both work well and I love to challenge myself and learn what I can (and cannot) do! Your cards are great.

Two beautiful cards Beth and very different. I do like that heart border you have used on the first card. I am home and starting to catch up on blogs posts around the world. Might take awhile I have about 730 to look at. :-)
