I've had an excellent day today! a girl friend (Heather) came over and we spent the day chatting, lunching and making cards, well, we got 2 cards each made. Very relaxed and enjoyable.
This is the card we made, We used a 14cm x 14cm white base card which we inked with Distress ink in faded jeans, then stamped the background flourish using the same ink. the snowflake border, tag and scallop circle were cut from Night of Navy card, using a Stampin Up punch for the circle and a Spellbinders Shapeabilities tag die, the snowflake border is a Martha Stewart border punch. The candle image and sentiment is from Kaszazz. Ordering details of Stampin Up and Kasazz items used will be listed at the end of todays blog.
The candle image is fussy cut and decorated with Stickles, glitter and rhinestones. the sentiment and tag are mounted on Dimensionals.
Heather made some truly delicious sausage rolls for lunch. I will definitely be trying that recipe myself.
